Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Non-Refundable Items

Customized or personalized items are non-refundable.

Free promotional items (e.g., Green Tee Challenge T-shirts) are not eligible for refunds.
3. Refund Process

After approval, refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
